Terms of Shipping


1. SHIPPING

 

VOLX establishes its conditions, prices and shipping services for the Iberian Peninsula and Mallorca. Customers who request shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Balearic Islands (except Mallorca) and International shipments, should consult conditions, rates and services requesting information to info@volxcompany.com

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products on www.volxcompnay.com

There will be no shipping costs, for the zones that determine it, for purchases over 150 €

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of their registration at www.volxcompany.com

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.

Notwithstanding its delay, it will not entail either annulment of the order or compensation.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the merchandise upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies in the delivery receipt.

 

 

2. DELIVERY TERM

 

Whenever a product is in stock, the delivery time with the normal transport service can vary between 24 and 72 hours (including business days). On the other hand, if the product is not in stock, VOLX will send you an e-mail as soon as possible informing you of the current status of the requested product and the possible new date of availability. In this case the customer can wait for us to have the requested product again, keeping his order firm, changing it for another product or canceling the order, without any expenses for it. In the latter case, VOLX undertakes to return all of the money entered by the customer through a bank transfer, without any other responsibility or compensation.

Finally, VOLX may modify the term of delivery of any product for various reasons, such as temporary cessation of activity, holidays, non-work days or periods or other simply by announcing it at www.volxcompany.com or informing the customer by email. In case the customer has already placed the order in a period of irregularity in the delivery period, it will proceed in the same way as if it were a lack of stock, the customer will be informed of the approximate delivery time and Will give you the option to cancel the order, without any expense for it. In the latter case, VOLX undertakes to return all of the money entered by the customer through a bank transfer, without any other responsibility or compensation.

 

 

3. RETURNS

 

The main objective of VOLX is the satisfaction of our customers.

Therefore, when you receive your order is not satisfied, you have a period of 15 working days, starting from the date of receipt to execute the right of return or withdrawal, according to article 69 to 71 of Royal Decree 1/2007, Of November 16, revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. You do not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at www.volxcompany.com, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt of the product / s. The cost of return will be borne by the consumer. To do this, you must send an e-mail to info@volxcompany.com indicating your order number and the reference number of the product to be returned.

The products to be changed will have to be unused, in perfect condition, with their labels and original packaging.

Returns must be delivered to destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise they will not be accepted. After analyzing the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product in a maximum period of 30 days. VOLX will not refund the shipping costs of such return that must be borne by the customer.

In case of receiving a product that does not correspond with the order made, VOLX will bear the costs of collecting the product. If the customer requests one or more products and by mistake, is not the desired product, the customer will pay the return costs.

 

 

4. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

 

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning this same order.
